Mr. Rajesh R. Trivedi, the Managing Trustee of ALERT is a Management Professional with extensive consultancy experience in IT transformation across businesses to global corporate houses. A firm believer in generating value, whether business or social, he has been mentored by the greatest of minds in strategic thinking from the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth, USA and Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher learning, India. In his corporate career, he has donned many hats across the spectrum of business such as strategic leadership, delivery management, business development, solution architecture across India, USA and the UK.

Rajesh has been a recipient of awards for delivery excellence and Global corporate diversity inclusion summit awards from Ford Motor Company, USA. Known for his analytical thinking and public speaking, he is an opinion leader par excellence.

The cause of “saving lives” being the calling, he quit his corporate career to spearhead ALERT, after leading it voluntarily from its founding days. Also, in an entrepreneurial drive, he has currently also taken to ideating and building sustainable solutions in healthcare.
Under his leadership, ALERT has forged MoUs with Governments of Tamilnadu & Karnataka, Indian Medical Association, The Academy of Clinical Training, Indian Institute of Technology, Tata Trusts and Apollo Group of Hospitals. He has been instrumental in setting up India’s first Simulation Lab in emergency response management for a common man. He has been an opinion leader to the advocacy of ‘Good Samaritan Law’ at a national level. ‘alert VoICE’, a community driven technology based first response solution is a brainchild of his, that is listed in the top 120 social ventures to watch for in Asia by the National University of Singapore.

He is also a member of the core committee under the chairmanship of the Department of Health, Government of India that is responsible for developing a training framework in emergency response in and for India, along with the World Health Organization and AIIMS. He has had the good fortune of being personally appreciated, guided and directed on the credo of ALERT by the former President of India, Dr. APJ. Abdul Kalam.

A voracious reader, he has a way with the pen in writing as well. As a musician, he lets his heart express through many instruments such as the Violin, Tabla, Naal and the Cojun and firmly believes that there is no better bridge between the humans of the world, than music.
