He was in no proper condition to walk and could barely even stand. I knew I had to do something quickly, so I sternly told him to sit down and relax. I advised him not to move for a while too. He listened to me and sat down to relax. Meanwhile the other person seemed to push away everyone who happened to pass by and help them. One lady suggested to call the ambulance. The second man firmly said No. I approached him and asked what was really his problem.

He said that his friends and he were on their bikes and were racing around and throwing eggs at each other on a running vehicle and eventually both of them fell down while the others in their group drove away. He then proceeded to take out three broken eggs from his shirt pocket. Then a fellow passer-by informed me that both were drunk. Thankfully, I then noticed a police patrol coming towards us. The police started questioning both the victims. I was eventually forced to move out as the police had arrived and the passer-by didn’t want me to intervene because the victims were under the influence of liquor.

As far as my intervention to the situation, was that I was able to provide a safe area by moving the vehicle off the road traffic limits, assessed the victims and their condition. Most importantly I was able to help the injured person to relax and not stress himself. Beyond that, however, I wasn’t able to provide much of a first aid given the situation.
