Safety of Participants
Running or endurance walking may be exciting but involves medical risks. Our priority is a safe, memorable, and enjoyable experience for all participants. Every participant must understand and follow event rules, medical warnings, and safety guidelines.
Participants with pre-existing medical conditions are strongly advised to consult their doctor and obtain medical clearance before taking part.
Minor participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Running and endurance activities can be physically demanding and potentially dangerous. Participants take full responsibility for their involvement and release ALERT NGO, IIT Madras, and all partner organizations from liability for any injury, accident, or fatal incident.
Unsportsmanlike Conduct
Participants must not engage in verbal, written, or physical misconduct that is abusive, harassing, insulting, or offensive, even if it does not explicitly fall within the Rules of the Event.
