ALERT Executive Council (AEC) are invited leaders, who, as honorary distinguished members, assume a self responsibility of thought leadership and execute the scaling up of ALERT’s mission of saving lives. The distinguished members also act as a think tank for new initiatives to transform the emergency response eco system in India.

Mr.Srivathsan


Mr.Srivathsan, the Treasurer of ALERT is an investment banker, in Chennai. During his college days at Sri Sathya Sai University, he was involved in organizing many events and tournaments.

Having been actively involved in his father’s at a very young age, he brings with him an entrepreneurial spirit to run an organization.

A core member of ALERT from the time of its inception, his thinking and devil’s advocate approach has helped ALERT in charting its course forward. A Vedam guru and an avid trekker, he is the number’s guy at ALERT.

Mr. Vasudevan


Mr. Vasudevan has a combined professional experience of over 18 years in HR and management consulting. He is the founder of ‘Leverage’- a leadership excellence firm that helps individuals and businesses, achieve business excellence through leadership excellence.Vasu works closely with business leaders and has coached over 120 professionals, conducted over 100 workshops, touching 3000 professionals in over 30 partner organizations Vasudevan’s rich domain knowledge comes from his varied experience of having worked as the Head of L&D for Bajaj Allianz, HR Manager for HUL, VP- HR for Sathyam Cinemas and Head-HR at Carpediem.At Alert Vasu helps craft and drive strategy. He structures people initiatives and interventions for organizational effectiveness.

Dr. Nalini Ravindran


Dr. Nalini Ravindran has over a decade of experience in conducting behavioral and attitudinal training workshops for various adult groups, ranging from management personnel, to personnel in the banking, insurance sector, as well as students, teachers and lecturers of various educational institutions. Nalini holds an M. Phil degree in psychology.
She has worked with the Tamil-Nadu Board of Education and also has served as the visiting faculty in Anna University, and in colleges like Stella Maris, M.O.P. Vaishnav College and for MBA courses in private institutions like IIPM, ITM etc. Socially inclined, Nalini has been instrumental in initiating varied societal forums. SAHAJA, an all women training organization, has been founded and is headed by Ms. Nalini Ravindran. Nalini believes that women can transform the society through their commitment and social responsibility. She has also started a women’s forum “Lawanya” in her locality. The forum currently focuses on civic and safety issues of the locality. As an offshoot, a children’s club has been started by her.

Mr. Manick Rajendran


With over 27 years of experience variously as entrepreneur and subject matter expert, Manick has worked in India and USA to bring a holistic perspective to business and to nurture and create innovative approaches to healthcare in India. He has served as a Co-Chairman of the Interoperability Tiger Team set up to advice the Obama Administration on Meaningful Use stimulus guidelines. He also co-created and managed the prestigious Interoperability Showcase at the HIMSS Conferences for several years thereby being a major influence among the Healthcare Product (Information Technology and Devices) vendor community in the USA. As a turnaround specialist, he led the Velammal Group of Hospitals and its Medical College as its CEO taking care of the entire strategy, operations and management of the Group. He currently is the Founder & CEO of a Healthcare company that provides cardiac advisory for patients with symptoms of heart attack. His focus continues to be on the improvement of people, quality and customer service. He is a Lean Six Sigma Green belt in Healthcare.
At ALERT, Manick has been instrumental in conceptualizing, designing and setting up of the India’s first Simulation Lab, which stands out for its holistic approach to the subject matter. As the Director of the ALERT Simulation Lab, he works closely with the team on continuous improvement on our course content, sustained quality in our deliverable and as a mentor.
