The distinguished members also act as a think tank for new initiatives to transform the emergency response eco system in India.

Mr.Srivathsan

Mr.Srivathsan, the Treasurer of ALERT is an investment banker, in Chennai. During his college days at Sri Sathya Sai University, he was involved in organizing many events and tournaments.

Having been actively involved in his father’s at a very young age, he brings with him an entrepreneurial spirit to run an organization.

A core member of ALERT from the time of its inception, his thinking and devil’s advocate approach has helped ALERT in charting its course forward. A Vedam guru and an avid trekker, he is the number’s guy at ALERT.

Mr. Vasudevan has a combined professional experience of over 18 years in HR and management consulting. He is the founder of ‘Leverage’- a leadership excellence firm that helps individuals and businesses, achieve business excellence through leadership excellence.Vasu works closely with business leaders and has coached over 120 professionals, conducted over 100 workshops, touching 3000 professionals in over 30 partner organizations Vasudevan’s rich domain knowledge comes from his varied experience of having worked as the Head of L&D for Bajaj Allianz, HR Manager for HUL, VP- HR for Sathyam Cinemas and Head-HR at Carpediem.At Alert Vasu helps craft and drive strategy. He structures people initiatives and interventions for organizational effectiveness.

Dr. Nalini Ravindran

Dr. Nalini Ravindran has over a decade of experience in conducting behavioral and attitudinal training workshops for various adult groups, ranging from management personnel, to personnel in the banking, insurance sector, as well as students, teachers and lecturers of various educational institutions. Nalini holds an M. Phil degree in psychology.
She has worked with the Tamil-Nadu Board of Education and also has served as the visiting faculty in Anna University, and in colleges like Stella Maris, M.O.P. Vaishnav College and for MBA courses in private institutions like IIPM, ITM etc. Socially inclined, Nalini has been instrumental in initiating varied societal forums. SAHAJA, an all women training organization, has been founded and is headed by Ms. Nalini Ravindran. Nalini believes that women can transform the society through their commitment and social responsibility. She has also started a women’s forum “Lawanya” in her locality. The forum currently focuses on civic and safety issues of the locality. As an offshoot, a children’s club has been started by her.

Mr. Manick Rajendran

With over 27 years of experience variously as entrepreneur and subject matter expert, Manick has worked in India and USA to bring a holistic perspective to business and to nurture and create innovative approaches to healthcare in India. He has served as a Co-Chairman of the Interoperability Tiger Team set up to advice the Obama Administration on Meaningful Use stimulus guidelines. He also co-created and managed the prestigious Interoperability Showcase at the HIMSS Conferences for several years thereby being a major influence among the Healthcare Product (Information Technology and Devices) vendor community in the USA. As a turnaround specialist, he led the Velammal Group of Hospitals and its Medical College as its CEO taking care of the entire strategy, operations and management of the Group. He currently is the Founder & CEO of a Healthcare company that provides cardiac advisory for patients with symptoms of heart attack. His focus continues to be on the improvement of people, quality and customer service. He is a Lean Six Sigma Green belt in Healthcare.
At ALERT, Manick has been instrumental in conceptualizing, designing and setting up of the India’s first Simulation Lab, which stands out for its holistic approach to the subject matter. As the Director of the ALERT Simulation Lab, he works closely with the team on continuous improvement on our course content, sustained quality in our deliverable and as a mentor.

Udaya Sankar, Deputy Director of SSC NASSCOM and Co Founder of the Maatram Foundation is a passionate educationist who champions the cause of education for every child, for that is the single most significant change catalyst towards a reformed society. Through NASSCOM, he is on a mission to bridge the skill gap between students, institutions and employers.

Leading the skill council Government relations for PAN India, he has over 15+ years of cross-cultural experience in sales, business development, general management, customer success, HR, and business operations. He is currently heading the business development and program management of “Skill India” initiatives for the IT-ITeS sector w.r.t Identification, training & certification on legacy and emerging technology job roles for the target segment.

Maatram Foundation, co-founded by him, does transformation exercises for economically deprived kids through higher education scholarship programs.

Murali has over 22 years of Industry experience spanning end to end corporate Marketing roles globally like branding, internal communication, events and employee engagement, client relationships management etc. At Capgemini, Mike Murali, heads, Employee Engagement, Internal Communication for India and program manages the Centre Heads Organization.

As the Chief Fun officer, Murali innovates on path breaking ideas to create new benchmarks in Employee Engagement for the 170000 plus employees at Capgemini India. Murali played a key role in ideating and implementing 2 big ideas to get Capgemini into the coveted Guinness Book of Records for 2 years in a row. Mike Murali also enabled Capgemini plant 100000 trees in India by performing music for 100000 continuous seconds through his music band Rubberband.

Mike Murali also dons many different avatars apart from the corporate one, as a flagship stage and TV host with over 3000 stage shows across 18 countries, including doing stadium commentary for BCCI in the T20 cricket world cup. Murali has also featured in the coveted TEDx platform 2 times as a speaker and has been a sought after speaker in many international forums. Murali also is a part of the advisory board of the prestigious Christ University! He is one of the founding members and currently serves as Executive Vice President Global Sales Consulting at Bahwan CyberTek Group. Prior to BCT, he worked in Pepsico and Coca-Cola for 10 years. His professional experience spans across across India, Middle East and North America. He lives in California USA. He is a fitness enthusiast, an avid bicyclist and a hiker.

During his school years, Sundar was a member of NSS and involved in various social service activities. He continued to participate and involve in community services after moving to overseas by associating himself with NGOs, non-profit and local community organizations. He is actively involved in various capacities including being a member of De Anza Lions Club, Cupertino CA and a member of Executive Committee and Management Group of Bharati Tamil Sangam, Fremont California. He is very passionate in helping the people in need; has participated in several community service initiatives; assisted in the relief programs for victims of natural disasters such as flood, wildfire, etc. and raised money for the people in distress whose lifelines were seriously affected by the pandemic in the last two years. He has handled various roles in these entities including public relations, communications, tech support and coordinating cultural events aimed at creating awareness and promoting arts, culture, traditions, and spirituality.
