Before a trainee gets involved in an actual situation, the trainee gains skills and confidence in tackling a wide range of scenarios in an authentic simulated environment.
Various scenarios are continually configured and programmed to suit the user audience. The scenarios focus on the development of reasoning skills, communication, leadership and teamwork, in addition to the technical skills.

imulation lab is state of the art in terms of its infrastructure and the equipment that is deployed for training. Internationally recommended techniques such as Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) can be mastered as a skill using the equipment in-house that can measure the parameters such as depth, recoil and rhythm. Additionally, the inputs on situational leadership gives the softer skills required for a first responder to take charge of a scene of an emergency.
