A dog bit my father at his workplace, and he called me for help. I told him to wash the bite area with water immediately. The bite was severe, as the tooth marks were deep and it caused a hole. I advised him to apply pressure to the wound to help stop the bleeding. We then took him to the hospital for a rabies vaccination and further treatment.
