I found a person lying down with no consciousness. Then I provided the victim with BLS and I discovered that he had no pulse and breathing. At that moment I proceeded to the victim and started to give CPR . The victim got his breath with a gastric sound within the 1st cycle of CPR. I wholeheartedly thank the ALERT NGO for giving me that sole satisfaction.
