While I was traveling, an auto overturned. There was one male passenger and two female passengers. The female passengers were safe with only slight scratches and were shifted to a nearby hospital. The male passenger had a severe head injury and suffered a seizure, with his breathing becoming shallow. I performed a response check and provided Basic Life Support (BLS), and he stabilized. There was no internal or external bleeding, so I cleared his airway, and we shifted him to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
