I found a victim in an unconscious state. With my knowledge of first aid, I checked for breathing by opening the airway. I immediately found that the victim was breathing but was not responding.

An elderly lady, around 55 years old, was traveling with another person. She was sitting at the back and didn't have her medication, which made her feel drowsy. She was almost falling, but the person in the front noticed and stopped riding.
