26-year-old Lalitha Veronica saved the life of a person who suffered a heart attack by performing three cycles of CPR. When many people avoided the unconscious victim, she was reminded of her father who had also experienced a heart attack and thereby, she stopped to give first aid without inhibition.

On 15th May around 8 to 8.30 PM when I was returning from office near Perungudi Bus stand I saw a crowd of people in the road side. I immediately stopped my vehicle and reached the spot and found a mid aged women met with accident and lying on the road.
